These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, poker cruises, and associated applications (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Ultimate Poker Champion Events Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
   
• You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with local laws.
   
• Services are not available where prohibited.
   

• Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
   
• All content, software, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by the Company and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
   
• Misuse of the Services, including fraud, harassment, tampering, or collusion, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
   

• All bookings, tickets, and subscriptions are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable cruise line’s official policies.
   
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
   
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.
   

• Certain features of the Services, including the Ultimate Poker Cruises App, operate as sweepstakes-based entertainment.
   
• No purchase is necessary to participate in sweepstakes promotions. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
   
• Virtual chips, tokens, or entries have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
   
• Prizes may include cruise vouchers, merchandise, or event access, subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules for each promotion.
   

• By participating in any poker cruise, tournament, or related event, you consent to be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded.
   
• Your likeness, voice, and participation may be used in promotional materials, delayed livestreams, social media, and marketing content without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• This includes general photography of the poker room, RFID table footage, red-carpet interviews, and event activities.
   
• Opt-Out Procedure: If you prefer not to appear in photography or video content, please request and wear a red lanyard, which signals to our film and photography crews that you should be excluded from close-up or individual filming. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor this preference, general crowd shots may still incidentally capture your image.
   

• All logos, trademarks, branding, and media content are the property of the Company.
   
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.
   

• Poker involves risk. By participating, you acknowledge that losses, injuries, or delays may occur.
   
• We make no guarantees regarding tournament outcomes, winnings, or experiences. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
   
• We are not liable for travel delays, illness, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
   
• The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
   
• Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
   

• For U.S. residents: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflicts of law.
   
• For Canadian residents: Applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws apply.
   
• Any disputes must be resolved individually and may not be brought as part of a class action.
