No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Ultimate Poker Cruises, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the entry form at [landing page link].
   
• Each person may enter once.
   
• To increase your odds, each referral counts as one (1) additional entry when the referred person enters and names you on their form.
   

4. Privacy
All entries are private and will only be used by Ultimate Poker Cruises for contest administration and, if consent is given, for marketing communications. Entries will not be sold or shared with third parties.

5. Prize
One (1) Inside Cabin for two (2) people on an Ultimate Poker Cruise (approximate retail value: $1,500 USD). Transportation to/from the port, taxes, fees, and personal expenses are not included. Prize is non-transferable, no cash substitutions.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
   
• Draw date: on or about December 4 , 2025 (just before Christmas).
   
• Winner will be notified via email and may be announced publicly in the Ultimate Poker Cruises Facebook group.
   

7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including referrals.

8. Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Ultimate Poker Cruises, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

2. How to Enter

• Participation requires a free account on  the Ultimate Poker Cruises Poker App.
• Each player automatically receives 5 free tokens per week to join games.
• No purchase is necessary. Players may not use paid tokens to gain an advantage in this contest.

3. Contest Period

• The contest begins on September 28th, 2025 and ends on December 28th, 2025
• All gameplay during this period counts toward leaderboard standings.

4. How to Win

• This is a contest of skill.   Winners are determined by leaderboard performance.
• Players earn points by participating in eligible games.
• The player(s) with the highest points at  the end of the Contest Period will be declared the winners.
• In the event of a tie, winner will be determined by “final head-to-head playoff match” 

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize:  “One (1) Free Cruise Package Voucher” – worth  $1,000 USD
• Additional Prizes: Trophies 
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

6. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be announced on the UPC Private Member Only App, Website and our Facebook Group within 14 days of the Contest ending.
• Winners may be contacted by email or phone and must confirm acceptance within 7 days
• Failure to respond may result in  disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions
