This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Ultimate Poker Cruises. Our policies are provided as a guide. In the event of a discrepancy, the cruise line’s most up-to-date rules will apply. Ultimate Poker Cruises is not responsible for changes made by the cruise line after this page is published. For the latest information, please refer directly to the cruise line’s website.

• All bookings are subject to the cruise line’s official refund and cancellation policies (Royal Caribbean or MSC Cruises).
   
• Policies vary depending on whether you booked a refundable or non-refundable deposit, and how close the cancellation is to sailing.

• Tournament entry fees are non-refundable, unless the event itself is cancelled by Ultimate Poker Cruises.
   

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
   
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
   

• If Ultimate Poker Cruises cancels a cruise or event, guests will receive the choice of:
   
  • A full refund, or
     
  • A future cruise credit (FCC) toward another sailing.
     
• Future cruise credits must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, unless otherwise stated by Ultimate Poker Cruises.
   

Ultimate Poker Cruises is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events
   
• Natural disasters
   
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
   
• Government actions or restrictions
   
• Strikes or labor disputes
   
• Other unforeseen situations
   

In such cases, the cruise line’s official policies will apply.

For your convenience, here is a summary of Royal Caribbean’s refund and cancellation rules as of August 2025. These may change at any time — always confirm directly with the cruise line.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Not returned if you cancel.
   
• Refundable Deposits: Returned if cancelled before the final payment date.
   

Timing Penalties (Royal Caribbean):

• 70+ days before sailing: Deposit forfeited
   
• 69–45 days: 50% of total price
   
• 44–15 days: 75% of total price
   
• 14–0 days: 100% of total price (no refund)
   

Future Cruise Credit (FCC): May be offered in place of a refund for some fares. 

If Royal Caribbean cancels or delays a sailing by 3+ days: Guests may request either a full refund or a future cruise credit.
